Managers – good or bad?

One organisation I met with, gave a good project manager the title of Projects Director. They were given the title because the Managing Director would not take responsibility for failure. Day to day life is all about learning and developing. Many organisations are guilty of making ‘anybody’ a manager as a feel good factor.
