Big Dog (Saba, SumTotal, Plateau, Cornerstone OnDemand, Learn.com). Extended Enterprise – System must have e-comm, multi-tenet – fully skinnable, additional functionality. That said, across the board for all Big Dog systems, their social learning functionality was weak. Social Learning is limited.

Vendors are hearing us and are making changes. More multilingual options to their web sites, trials and social learning. Worse, there are a large number of vendors whose “contact us&# or “inquire sales&# goes into a deep black hole. This is a global issue and is not limited to the size of the vendor.
