A recent report found that 89% of employees are voyeurs when it comes to using Facebook. We are sick of the RSS feed and then super lame YouTube links. I’m sorry but watching a video link, is not engaging social learning in my book. Yet, a majority of vendors in the e-learning space as a whole, are just not doing it.

Report capabilities are becoming equally more robust with the added inclusion of visual – graphs, bar charts. Ad-hoc reporting features is increasingly growing and will only continue to become an important choice. While some vendors offer over 100 canned reports, may do not. The small size vendors.
