I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. My concerns were the front end UI (what the end user sees), the admin UI and reporting. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. All come with the Report Designer.

Other News. Plateau is now called SuccessFactors. Next to the demo, is the Vendor’s name, web link and they can have an e-mail connect to a general info box or directly to a salesperson. Vendors cannot include a PPT or sales pitch in their demo, it has to be 100% pure product. Supports Flash and HTML5.
