If you as the customer want to create your own API/Mashup or find one on the net and want to integrate it into your paid LMS, the vendor will charge you. I love this trend, because it clearly says that the rapid content authoring tool vendors are becoming innovative and are seeing the market. Bonus Trend. Bottom Line.
