Uptime – Most systems today who are in the cloud use server farms such as Rackspace and Amazon S3 – thus that “uptime” is tied to those servers. Ability to really personalize the system based on grade or based on student – Corporate is going that route, K-12, nope. Private server.

LMS vendors: R u hearing us?

Dozens of LMS vendors, had typos on their web pages, zero screens of the system, links that went nowhere and two kicked up my Firewall warning of possible privacy collection and one had a Trojan Horse (I use a hardcore firewall and A/V). on their server. Please tell me, what other big expenditure would you allow this to happen?
