LinkedIn is increasingly a place I find useful conversations and resources, especially in the groups. Microsoft Word isn’t exactly the most glamorous tool here, but it is a tool I use regularly for design documents, storyboards, and other projects for clients. Jing is the best free tool for screenshots I’ve ever used.

Tom’s comments about storyboarding and process remaining relevant but less intrusive certainly ring true in this case.
