Organizations will need you to shift a it towards Corporate Learning Long Tail and Attention Crisis and Long Tail Learning - Size and Shape. If you want to optimize total learner hours, then you make long courses aimed at lots of employees. It’s a bit scary for people who are primarily content vendors.

Anecdotally times are incredibly tough right now for training vendors. But I've talked to training vendors who are down 30 – 60% on their sales in the first quarter. In having lots of conversations with heads of training departments, training vendors, and training consultants, it's not at all clear what we should be selling instead.
