It’s an extra burden to take this into account, but I reckon it’s as much a job of learning technology design as is project management, understanding how people learn, the communicative properties of media, and more.

It is, instead, largely a media consumption tool and a PIM (personal information management) device. As I blogged, it’s huge for publishers, providing both a channel for richer media and interactivity, and a new unified market channel. This is not a real-time communication tool. Is that good for learning?
