Answer: This is actually the third question in our Tech Overview FAQ on tincanapi.com. The data is stored on Google’s servers and can only be used for reporting. Answer: xAPI can be used to track events that happened in the past; this is how the offline tracking works, but it can also be used to convert legacy learning data.
