And even better (now remember, the above tag line). True, HR at some companies provide “training”, but I have found it is always better to have the two entities as separate departments. They purchased Outstart, a LMS. Please note : I personally find great benefit in HCMs and the capabilities they provide.

Some notes: Polls: Most attending work in L&D with some HR, IT, and learning services providers. Tagging/Bookmarking - described how they worked; relatively low adoption but may increase as more LMSs include. Provide both push and pull forms of notification. Provide a way to filter information.
