A similar question came up on the eLearning Guild discussion board a few months ago. Bureau of Labor Statistics was predictions for Instructional Coordinators and Training and Development Specialists. For instructional coordinators, the BLS has predicted 22% growth between 2006 and 2016 (the most recent prediction available).

That said, Im a little concerned that the gamer mentality is sometimes presented as important to corporate culture and that as a result women should get into gaming.
