But I'm worried, because while I just got through writing about my concern in Using SharePoint that learning organizations seemed to be making the same mistake of Not Preparing Workers for Web 2.0. Setting up a SharePoint for a community or work team is very different from teaching them about Personal Learning. We are all too busy.

According to Search Engines / UC Berkeley - Less than half the searchable Web is fully searchable in Google. 2009 for recent materials. At the other end of the spectrum is when you want a more comprehensive search and want to make sure that you've not missed important sites/pages. OR - When several terms apply. as a quick date search.
