One of the biggest mistakes an e-learning professional can commit is NOT allocating sufficient time for a thorough quality check of the course and hurrying toward its launch. He is only interested in the quality of the e-learning course. Is the course checked for compliance with SCORM or AICC as needed?

A lot of it isn’t instructional design quality, and many is something you could create on your own – actually, most of it is. A couple only provided them in AICC, which was converted, and some provided only MP4s or similar video formats. Obviously, the content had to be instructional design sound.

It seems completely obvious to me that above a pretty low threshold, the quality of e-learning produced is down to the skills of the instructional designer and the quality of content that they can elicit from the subject matter experts. No plug-in required (with the exception of Flash output).
