I once recall a conversation I had with Skillsoft, before they purchased SumTotal. . If you are seeking a vendor who “gets it”, then seek out xAPI. SumTotal Learn now includes a bundle of courses as part of your purchase. I was told they do. Does the LMS have any course standards? The base should be SCORM.
