The developer had imported a 60-slide PowerPoint presentation into Captivate and then added audio to each of the Filmstrip slides. Next, delete all of the imported PowerPoint slides.

I created a set of SCORM packages for online training purposes, using Captivate 2017. Last year, using the same programs (slightly older versions), and processes, I published these packages as swf files, and the audio played without any issues. When I publish the same file as SWF/HTML5, the audio plays perfectly.
