Video files not embedding and loading properly on swf publish

I am attempting to embed short (10 sec) video files to a captivate 2019 project and publish it as an swf file. When viewing the swf file, the videos appear to be attempting to load (i get loader icon indications) but the video never loads. Any ideas as to what may be causing this issue? x), all to no avail.

Captivate HTML5 – Audio Doesn’t Play in Moodle

I created a set of SCORM packages for online training purposes, using Captivate 2017. Last year, using the same programs (slightly older versions), and processes, I published these packages as swf files, and the audio played without any issues. When I publish the same file as SWF/HTML5, the audio plays perfectly.

I have gone to make small changes to an existing Captivate eLearning course created in Captivate 9, in doing so it has been converted to Captivate 2019. But when I run Preview or open the live version there are issues. And when I look at the slide in the published version it is different again.

Small Microsoft PowerPoint & Adobe Flash Objects in Captivate 4 after Flash Player 10.1 Installation

you may notice that imported Powerpoint images and SWF animations appear smaller in the Edit area and Storyboard. The issue does not affect published content. This issue affects authoring space appearance of several Captivate objects, like the FMR animations, text animations, any third party animations and widgets.
