The vendor either mentions it on their web site, or in their pitch or people inquire – if they can get Excel or How do to Sales, etc., If the vendor offers it, they say yes – but here is the twist. Your content provider will deal directly with the LMS vendor to integrate the courses, so convenience still exists.

Is e-commerce included at no charge – You would be surprised how many will say no. This typically occurs at the beginning of the conversation with the sales person. Do you accept Paypal?
