Main system (portal or parent) can push out material, courses, etc. to the sub portals or children. Main portal or parent, can see all the sub-portals/children – data, info, everything.

I include Learning Portals, LCMSs, as part of the mix. Extended Enterprise – System must have e-comm, multi-tenet – fully skinnable, additional functionality. E-commerce is standard, multi-tenet off the main system, with each distributor/wholesaler/reseller/sales agent, etc. These standout to me.

While mobile learning is moving at an incredible speed, faster than anticipated by some of my colleagues, it does not come without a cost.
