Your end users make up that mass, and a statement I hear often is that people aren’t staying in the systems to fully benefit from it. My latest take on those three vendors (plus one) are: Cornerstone On Demand – I have seen the new UI and I like what I saw. The problem though is it is not throughout the entire system, rather it is in a few areas. That said, they are in my top 40 for learning/extended enterprise cloud. Lots of potential. Waste of money.

Even if the product is a desktop product all you need to do is upload the course to your own web server, use the vendor’s web server or via a LMS. Move forward – not at the speed which you want because it takes time to learn TinCan, make sure it works and then implement it into their system.

Kineo Group’s Totara LMS is a new breed of systems hitting the space. Vendors in this space include Docebo, eFront, Litmos and of course Totara.
