Dr Stella Anthony (Australian Universities Network for Quality Assurance) gave the opening presentation for the event, and spoke about the opportunities and challenges of OERs in higher education.

Moreover, I submit they are yet to wreak their full vengeance on the education industry. The pedagogy of MOOCs will be enriched. Universities will finally accept they are service providers.
