KeepVid offered both (save as FLV and save as MP4) and a nice bookmarklet as well. To get it in Flash Video Format / FLV - you can use the little tool provided by TechCrunch. Browse eLearning Content at www.elearninglearning.com I've not tried it, but it appears to work for Google Video, MySpace video and more.

When I’m done I just import it into my rapid elearning course. For rapid elearning converting to the SWF and FLV Flash formats are important and Format Factory supports this.
