If you like, then RFP it. Not It starts right there, even before the bugs/issues, support failures and so on. And The Skills system, I’ve always been a huge fan of, I just think from the skill and job role mapping to the content ahead of time (without you having to do it) is such a huge win. Not the other way around.

Yet, some LMS vendors, are adding “coaching” in terms of skills for a job role(s). A TXP is not the same thing as a talent management or performance management system. If I am focused solely on customer education, I wouldn’t necessarily be focused on manager capabilities or anything tied around job roles.
