To give you an example, the free version is ADL SCORM 2004 certified (many commercial paid ones are not). I haven’t seen anything that has wowed since 2009. Very nice set of features including multi-track editing, ability to publish not just to YouTube but also Vimeo, picture in picture and audio scrubbing. Final Note.
