Some people might convert their PPT to a video (it can be done) OR they have that production facility and shoot their own high quality videos OR they purchase 3rd party content video courses. ADDIE - Should be punted into outer space. In my opinion it has outweighed its usefulness. Great for the 70’s, in 2014 not so much.

Usually I find the PPT driven approach, due to it. HR folks who have never built let alone seen an online course, beyond those downright awful compliance courses. Unless you are an ID (instructional designer) or e-learning developer who was inspired by Gagne, you are not touching this with a five foot pole. Theory loaded garbage?
