I recommend choosing a few key subjects for custom eLearning development, where you can get learners enthusiastic about learning online. Then it requires some very creative designers and developers to make it work. [link] Tags: ROI Forrester eLearnin I came across an article on ROI by Claire Schooley from Forrester, and highly recommend it for companies thinking about moving to online learning to save money (link below). While I didn't find a lot of new ideas, the arguments are well laid-out and are consistent with Bersin & Associates research and everything

Based on my post LMS RFP , I've been asked several times if I knew where you could find samples of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for custom eLearning development, performance support tools, learning content management systems (LCMS), elearning authoring tools , etc. And in the case of something like custom eLearning development, you want all of those terms, so you just add them at the end. Today the question was for Microsoft Project. This wasn't something I could directly help the person, but I had the sense that people may be missing some
