I’ve been working on an Articulate Presenter course with a lot of flash files that have audio. There are audio clips that go along with each slide. I quickly began to notice that the.swfs acted differently once imported into Articulate. This could be helpful with system simulations. The sounds didn’t overlap.

I’ve also found this helpful if I want to present a scenario and then have specific questions after. Insert the quiz into PowerPoint (done with Articulate Presenter). You could insert a flash movie on the question page. You could insert a flash movie on the question page. Click Media/Flash Movie.

If you need to send all the files for an Articulate project to another developer or to archive your project, including embedded Engage, Quizmaker and other inserted media files (such as Flash movies), you can use the Send to Articulate Presenter feature. Select Send - Articulate Package.

Essentially, each slide was converted to a Flash movie. Articulate Presenter was around well before eHelp (one of the leading companies) was purchased by Macromedia that was purchased by Adobe. In fact, eHelp licensed Articulate Presenter for their own RoboPresenter product. Getting Started?
