We can insert audios in Articulate Storyline and Lectora. Adobe Captivate allows us to import audios in more than 10 ways. Audio Synchronizing. There is a possibility to download supporting documents from within the eLearning module (PDF, PPT, MS Word, EXE, ZIP, PNG, JPG, etc.). Supported formats are MP3 and WAVE.

Screen and audio recording tools. Here are some helpful tools: Snagit : A powerful tool for screen capture of videos and static images. Snagit is a staple tool for most elearning pros. From there you can paste it into a PowerPoint slide or something as simple as Paint and export the slide as a PNG or JPG graphics file.

That means you could import something like video made with Morae or Camtasia Studio (WMV file) or an image or document made with Snagit (PDF, PNG, JPG, GIF) for easy collaboration with your team. You can see it here (note - there is no audio). It kind of reminds me of the old VH-1 show, Pop-up Video. There is even a free trial.
