Those who aren’t are either offering native apps with online/offline synch or performing the shell game via the mobile web browser and calling it mobile learning.

Big wins for me include: On/Off synch for mobile devices. Big wins: On/Off synch for mobile devices, also supports Tin Can API. The system as a whole is quite robust including digital signatures, online/offline synch and a very nice UI. Certpoint $$$-$$$$. Each update takes the platform up on notch on its competitors.

Yes, it has a mobile component too. The quiz/assessment market is similar to the LMS space in terms of its slowness moving into mobile specifically for tablets. There are tools that have achieved mobile, but the majority are smartphones and one I recall is specifically for the Blackberry. Bottom Line. Past Shows.
