Compressing Media in Your E-Learning Authoring Tools

Because Articulate Presenter is a Microsoft PowerPoint plug-in, you get the benefit of PowerPoint’s Compress Pictures function. In Lectora, when you’re ready to publish, click the Compress and Convert tab at the top of the Publish dialog box. This lets you change your mind and use different publish settings in the future.
