I have started test driving Yammer. For the last six months, I have been using Twitter and getting great rewards from using it. It is a microblogging application like Twitter and is a fantastic app for collaboration and knowledge sharing. docs, presentations, etc.). Maybe Yammer or a third party will create one soon.

I am quite amazed at the number of vendors who really have zero idea on what the terminology of online/offline synchronization. Synchronization has now been completed. Here is a list of LMS vendors who offer online/offline synchronization via a mobile device, although there are a few who offer this but only via a laptop/desktop).
