I love the multi-tenant (extended enterprise) functionality, SMS notification (text) as well as the standard e-mail notification. Another big win – multi-tenant (extended enterprise). The user interface is slick – way better than the days of Plateau – which some people still call it – uh, its not.

I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). Are they better suited than anyone else for Enterprise or Extended Enterprise? Cornerstone OnDemand.

SuccessFactors UI itself is slick and it offers a very nice extended enterprise (which is noted in my last blog post), but if I was to post a list of top ten LMS vendors they would not be there – reason? ” They were listed number 20 in 2012.
