Last heard ADL calls this new standard the Experience API? (on ADL, IEEE and many people and businesses talking about this technology call it xAPI. They have vowed to give up the rights to any organization taking stewardship of the specification. They are one and the same. Could you explain in layman terms what is xAPI?
