Let’s say you are L&D, and provide learning to customers. . If you were a customer receiving training on your products/services, would you want someone training you, with a pure HR background? There are plenty of other “LMS” vendors who pitch learning under HR or as a true component of HR). I doubt it.

Most of the time (as is the case with Oracle) these are different products. I know the folks from CornerStone and their product does some really interesting things. SkillPort scores very high as well on satisfaction. As these systems catch up, this will make the market really hard for Saba and SumTotal.

Between the two systems, I am leaning more towards LMS365, just because I honestly believe it has a future in the SharePoint space much more so than their other product (nothing against it, but…). This is a tough one, because honestly there are a lot of average learning systems at HR Tech. Cornerstone OnDemand.
