At one time BlueVolt was just a spark, a system among many other systems in the market. Social Learning – No. Many people today prefer 3rd party authoring tools and in fact, I recommend that route rather then using a vendor’s built in authoring tool. Offers e-commerce module: Yes. After supplying my details, I was rewarded with the delivery of not so much a white paper as a 3-page pamphlet outlining a few simple (and somewhat helpful) "tips" for someone approaching their first mobile learning effort. Calling this effort a white paper is truly a stretch and a marketing ploy that falls far short of its intended mark.
