I am attempting to embed short (10 sec) video files to a captivate 2019 project and publish it as an swf file. When viewing the swf file, the videos appear to be attempting to load (i get loader icon indications) but the video never loads. I have checked to ensure that my flash player is up-to-date in my browser (IE) also.

Export to Flash is an old feature modeled in a new way. In previous versions of Captivate, for this feature to work, Flash needs to be installed on the same machine from where you want to export. Right now im struggeling to 1) publish my project as a html-only version and get it to work on moodle (optimally with LMS SCORM 1.2). A second Issue im Having ist that suddenly, 2) my preview (full project) and published versions only show slides 1-10 and the rest of the slides (approx. inherit the code to use flash as well.

A trial version is available. InfoSemantics used to have a SWF widget (EventHandler), worked great, but with the EOL of Flash player for all browsers, not so useful anymore. It is not free but if you are plunging really into advanced/shared actions, please try it out because it can add as many events as you want to any object.
