We managed to let people connect beforehand through a platform (ning ) and afterwards link participants to other networks or initiatives (like the outcome mapping community ). The exciting thing about social media is makes it easy to call for wider participation in program design. In our case suggestions were few (but useful!)

Heres a taste of whats on my plate right now: Lots of Software Trai ning Finishing up a big project update for a large financial institution. Were creating an orientation program for a national sorority. Game-like program. A momentary pause in the madness. This is the kind of work pace I like. Little design work. Much juggling.
