The LMS market started changing after the dot com bust in 2001. A steady flurry of acquisitions disrupted customers’ lives but never the market as a whole. I identify the Big Dogs as SumTotal by Skillsoft (yes, that is the actual name), Cornerstone OnDemand, Saba, SucessFactors and Oracle Taleo (although, I ask myself who is using this and if you still are why?). That said, if you are seeking an LMS who can API/interface to SharePoint, then the vast majority of systems on the market can do that. SumTotal by Skillsoft.
