This does not mean that you will get content versioning with it. One vendor duly noted that their product retains versioning, but due to time constraints, I was unable to verify it. . But, you can only get it if you buy the top tier package that the vendor sells or the “Enterprise” version. . Always ask.

Microsoft Live – same thing. Remember when only a few offered the PPT to Flash option in their tools? Courselab – The best free open source product on the market. Adobe Photoshop Express – in the cloud and very popular. Google Docs – ever heard of em? The list goes on and on. What happened?

Use an LMS to host live training using Zoom and Microsoft Teams, or other video-conferencing platforms. This doesn’t necessarily mean you have to build the platform yourself – companies like Moodle sell an open-source platform.
