2009 Predictions How Did I Do?

I will definitely be coming out with my 2010 predictions. We even made the Big Question one month: New Presenter and Learner Skills and Methods. My sense is that it’s true, but I’ve seen some numbers that suggest that classes and courseware are going strong as well.
