Long has tools such as Studio and Captivate been on the higher side, the same can be said for vendors such as Rapid Intake and dominKnow. Rapid Intake – Talk about price increase. Fear of the Mobile Bogeyman aka HTML5. And in regards specifically to the output of HTML5, the numbers offering it are slim.

19 Zenler Studio - I liked this product last year (2012) and I still find it quite favorable. FT- Another product I liked in 2012 and still like in 2013. Studio has always been known for the PowerPoint to Flash approach, but it also includes audio narration, TOC (yeah!) 14 Callidus Cloud – Rapid Intake.

If you use the previous year numbers of vendors and the total who were in the cloud as a predicator, then at its current growth, expect by mid 2012, a minimum of 20 vendors switching to a “in the cloud&# solution only. . Remember when only a few offered the PPT to Flash option in their tools? They output only to HTML5.

I am projecting that by the end of 2012, you will see HRIS features come into play, but more so as an additional cost module. I expect to see over 80% of the market go SaaS by the end of 2012. I still believe this will be a winner in 2012, and that more vendors will jump into this space. Supports Flash and HTML5.
