Kinect technology and gesture free will equally make an appearance in 2012. I am projecting that the number of vendors who enter this space to start slow, but gain steam – at least with some aspect, by the end of 2012. Expect to see an increase in systems adding compensation, other workforce mgt features and benefits to their products. I am projecting that by the end of 2012, you will see HRIS features come into play, but more so as an additional cost module. Huge explosion in SaaS based only systems. Open Source Systems. Prediction.
