Rapid Intake. It isn’t, but there are a few vendors starting to add it to their interoperability standards and yes a few LMS vendors too. PENS was created in 2005 by AICC as a new interoperability standard. In my directory, I found 3 RCAT vendors who list on their site that they accepted this standard.
