Because Articulate Presenter is a Microsoft PowerPoint plug-in, you get the benefit of PowerPoint’s Compress Pictures function. Adobe Captivate.

So unless you really need to use the power of an application like Photoshop, you might find that you can get away with something like Paint.net. I don’t use it as much as I used to now that Articulate’s Studio ‘09 provides a video encoder. SWF Player. SWF Player lets you view Flash SWF files. That’s my motto.

Rebuilding in Articulate Storyline. Rebuilding in Articulate Rise. Sothink SWF Decompiler is a paid solution, but includes a 30-day free trial. To use a Flash decompiler you will need to get access to the Flash SWF file for your course. Flash decompilers are a great option if you can get your hands on the SWF file.

It can do some of your Photoshop tasks and works on all platforms. CamStudio can record all the screen actions on your computer, as well as an audio narrative, and create AVI files which can converted to a streaming Flash (SWF) format. I like this better than the one that comes with Articulate for the PC. Works on all platforms.

Unless you have used a product like Photoshop or other programs that have layers, etc. Publish – Publish as a Single SWF, Publish as a video, Publish as a video on a mobile device, One click share to Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter, YouTube or Snap! Oh, wait did I mention the “lock” and “eyeball”? Bottom Line.
