Training has to be integral to an organization-wide culture of non-harassment that starts at the top. Workplace cultures don’t change themselves.

News/Marist poll conducted just over two years ago, and it shows that marijuana use was, and is, pervasive in our culture now. Leadership seems to be worried about marijuana in the workplace and employees coming to work high, an attitude reinforced by concerned coworkers and echoed by the general public.
