While I have seen a few that give off the “rapid build” appearance, unless you have experience with solutions in the past like Authorware, MacroMedia Director, or similar brethren, you will face some serious challenges. 2004, AICC, PENS, TinCan) would be equally relevant. Macromedia Authorware and similar products. While some could argue that Authorware was a RCAT, I disagree. Adobe Captivate. PENS was created in 2005 by AICC as a new interoperability standard. Macromedia Director. HTML and Javascript. That was pretty much it. RCAT’s were non-existent. Rapid Intake.
