Estimate 55% e-learning related content, including e-learning vendors and ILT vendors who added a “virtual training” component as part of their offerings. To me, many more LMS vendors than in the past, especially some newbies I’ve never seen attend the show. And the lack of lunch.

Top 10 LMSs for 2013

Still listed as a social learning management system, they have made some new strides that really work for me. They were the first ones to do this, and still a big plus in my book. Support of the iPad, thus mobile learning. Mobile – including on the iPad, including their grade book, which they call SpeedGrader.

That is a plus in my book. I saw a lot more folks than in previous shows and more e-learning vendors too. Equally there were several ILT vendors who had some type of online learning thing going on. I keep the exhibitor thing, the session book – those are great, the rest? The vendor?

Desktop sharing (appears with a few vendors). Online book clubs. Recommends materials, books, etc – based on what learner is taking in terms of courses. e-book publishing. Section 508 (still shocking at the lack of vendors that fail to offer this feature). Virtual printer. Dropbox – finally!
