I’ll be the first to admit, that I was not a big fan of the previous versions of the Plateau system. After viewing the Plateau TMS, my concerns in one area have been eliminated, in others, not so much. Plateau LMS is a Talent Management System, made up of four modules. Plateau Learning. I know some of you will disagree with the nominees, perhaps feeling that your company or vendor should be in there, and I totally respect that. This is why I looked at vendors who I know have the cash flow and deep pockets. I mean Plateau was really garbage and then SF took it over and made it way better. Category 2.
