Not only am I often made aware of new tools, but also get opinions, tips, and examples of their use. It is tough to stay on top of all the great stuff being offered out there, but the blogs and social media certainly help. However, being involved in an e-learning community is a big help.

Albert Bandura wrote a book called Social Learning Theory in 1977, and he didn’t even have a Facebook account. So social learning is about watching others and doing what they do? That was social learning then. Today it’s about using social media in our training, right? Who would have thought? Follow up.
