In our company we use Microsoft Lync (sort of internal skype). I use Skype but lately I use gotomeeting and gotowebinar more and more to connect to people outside our company. They give better quality and more functions than Skype.

My phone (if you call my office number in Rotterdam you will get my laptop), communicator for in-company communication, Skype and Goto Meeting for external communication. The right site is my laptop screen, I have my communication programs on that screen. I can call, mail, and talk to everyone all over the world.
